.019 is the floor to which the seller wants the share price to go because as stated by the contract .01 is the lowest converted price. .019 x45% discount is .01. Therefore any lower on shareprice and hes converting at the same price anyway. he wants it higher.

It stands to reason they want more money than less so while .019 is the floor the seller wants to go, he presumably want go that low or for that many shares cause he wants to maximize profit like us all.
