Very good point.

Will development not restart after the pandemic?



If India follows what countries do following a depression, they usually put money in to infrastructure to create jobs help get their citizens working and the economy back up and running.

Tech City would be the kind of project that the government would be consider a front line project, for immediate employment and long term growth of the region.
