That link clearly says to disconnect the USB plug before cleaning. And it also says to use cleaning solutions with no alcohol. Lysol contains alcohol so your rep is clearly giving your bad information that goes against the manufacturers reccommendations.
Why am I not surprised that ERBB management does not understand their own product.
