Shareholder meeting tomorrow May 22nd @ 10:00am EST for Holders as of March 23, 2020.. Is everyone on some halucinogenic at JCP corp after what they did in past week?
Has other Shareholders received from JCP what I did early this morning already regarding Common Stockholders and Senior Note Holders??

And to those posters regarding last earnings February 27th, Yes JCP beat Annual Earnings by +25.75%. They also beat Quarterly earnings by +146.15%. Something very wrong in all of this especially for all public Shareholders who Jill kept stringing along with her "team" as JCP's forward was to meet/beat EBITDA and more for all... Then we get last Friday through Sunday event, after Jill & 3 other Top brass received advance on their merit based bonus $10 Million if they promised to stay on and head JCP once Funding deal was set in place... !!! ??? I'd hate to be Jill or that Judge right now, as something crooked been going on behind closed doors- and it ain't Charlie Rich...
