Correct, they haven't filed for a few years. People should know that, although anyone who invests in HERB probably do already - the whole thing with HERB is that it is a "ticket bomb" - hoarding cash every day, but not filing.

One day - might take many years - they'll have to sort things out; start reporting again, or delist. Fortunately this non-reporting company has a very different majority owner than every (?) other non-reporting and/or chinese company on the OTC. That's our safety-net. You might want to look into that as well, but might take years before the true value her is unleached (unless the chinese local authorities need cash from a depressed economy caused by covid)
