New interim CEO/Chairman hired mid/late March and filed paper work going dark. They saved 2 months of filing fees. Will they send a message to the shareholders? I'm fine with they simply announce a low ball BO and everyone have 1 months to vote on the deal.. yes, the classic dog and pony show.
