I brought up the issue about possible insider selling and requested company clarifications. It sounds like they listened and said NO in a tweet. Based on Mark's responses posted on twitter through a third party, we have the following:

• No Changes in OS
  
• No Insider Selling

The only things remain is that the toxic investors are selling to create a panic. Under such circumstances, I don't care. I will continue to focus on company's business and ignore the stock swing. I will continue to load as much as I can. It sounds like they secured manufacturing in Vietnam or elswhere for Verus Cares....Do your own DD......PATIENCE.
