There has been no after hours trading happening here.
That usually signifies dilution. The outstanding share count has not increased at all with these strange trades nor with the below .0001 dumps.

I believe a former toxic lender has had shares to dump (but are already accounted for in the float) and can only sell a certain amount at a time.

It has been mentioned that Alessi might be waiting for these shares to be completely dumped into the float before moving forward with selling this shell.
