So, I guess the note holder could have always converted below. 001. So why are people thinking thats new? The only thing thats changed is if the pps goes up, the conversion now goes up. Instead of staying set at .001. So If this thing was 0.25 cents, then the note holder could of converted at .001 but Now if its $0.25 he converts at 0.125. So hopefully they think the pps is going to go higher, why else make the amendment? Hey, The note holder could do 50% less of what ever the pps and They could of done it before and can still do it now. Hopefully The only reason to amend this is if its going higher..
