He did something stupid like the CEO of ABCE did, 2M REVENUES, 1M LIABITIES and a stupid note of 500K and the price dropped from 0.0025 to 0.0003 and that fool ended up with an 0S of 800M starting at 50M and then never guess what he did, an R/S and a new note LMAO and the prices dropped from 0.01 after RS back to 0.0008. Sorry but this CEO should sell 300K of his assets and pay of that old debtholder in CASH now or he will run into the same BS.
