A REAL TIME LOOK AT MM MANIPULATION

Abusive continued manipulation in WEYL 5/20/20

Trade report:

At 12:01 pm, with the last sale 2.21 up seven cents, the quoted market was 2.08--2.20, 100 by 100. CDEL was on the offer. During the next 10 minutes I entered four separate orders to buy a total of 500 shares at 2.20. I received execution of 100 at 2.15, 200 at 2.18, 100 at 2.14 and 100 at 2.20. There were no intervening trades. Following the 2.20 execution CDEL raised their offer to 600 at 2.35.

With no further activity, at 12:35 pm, OTCX offered 100 at 2.20. Between 12:35 and 1:07 pm, five orders to buy a total of 600 shares at 2.20 were entered. One hundred shares were executed at 2.15 and the remainder at 2.20. I purchased 400 shares. OTCX did not change their offer. During the period between 12:01 and 1:07 pm, only 1,100 shares, all involving orders to buy WEYL at 2.20, traded. Although there were only 200 shares offered at 2.20 WEYL did not move beyond that price.

At 1:43 pm, with no further activity, and OTCX still offering 100 shares at 2.20, NITE offered 100 shares at 2.10. During the next four minutes 900 shares, involving buy orders, traded at 2.10 or below. At 1:47 NITE raised their offer to 100 at 2.19. After 125 share traded at 2.19, NITE reduced their offer to 100 at 2.11. Six hundred shares have since traded at 2.11 without NITE changing their offer.

The current market, at 2:30 pm, is 2.10--2.11, 200 by 100. NITE remains on the offer. The trading volume is currently 11,544 shares.

Understand the short is trapped this is not biotech shorting against private placements and possible bad data. WEYL is growing and negotiating with potential partners as NASDAQ uplist pending. Record revenues and 2020 guidance not changed during pandemic.
