What has to happen is that what ever they are in or what ever comes in can not be in a development stage, it must be up and running...if its not revenue generating at the very start, we are doomed. Its just how the OTC works... this will be a year in the making come June when Lazar took over... thats a long ass time for a merger to get completed.
