Page 2 clearly states the SEC is alleging you sold 1.1 billion shares of NTEK in a market manipulation scheme.

Page 2 also states that the SEC seeks to bar you from ever serving as the officer or director of a public company.

Which one of those new "management members" you claimed you hired will be taking over? And how are you paying them?
