Makes sense to me, but still plenty of time left in the year. Additional opportunities/deals/contracts/revenue producing projects may come out of left field.

Remember, they added Tim Samuels, a Ryan Homes executive, to the board.

Have yet to hear anything come from that addition, but I doubt they would bring him on board unless he brought value to the table. Door-opener perhaps?
