Hi all.....dont know if this is relevant but if the protest established that TMPS was actually considered a "large" based on the large revenue that came up in the protest, removing thesmallbusiness clause would assure that a size protest would be prevented. In any case the planes are still needed no matter the winnere. Further, this may be a "teaming" situation that awards to a "team" of bidders. Its the Govt. You never know.
