we'll dust off the shell, pay off any creditors (at .10 on the dollar), get a fresh audit/fins and get it to pink and current
do a 10 for 1 RS to bring the OS to nice tight 13m shares, create a preferred control class with 3 shares (1 for you and 2 for me) that represent a super majority of votes.
then roll the thing out with an interesting little Psilocybin Mushroom LLC inside on an RTO.
after that we sit on the beach and roll fat ones.
