Rumor, hype, etc has always been a pennies best friend.

The stagnant share price of PCTL is getting old.

Why with so much good, is this unable to start gaining some ground.

And yes I realize it's up several hundred percent over just a few months. With all that's known now this should be performing considerably better than it is.

Why can't it hold gains once it makes it??

I'm sorry to say but even once the big numbers are out I don't see this having the makings of a stellar runner like most here preach daily.

I am still very much of the belief that this will have considerable difficulty making a dime.
