hahaha so true, would love to finally see Dwyer behind bars, he has screwed over some peeps at his other ticker and they're pretty vocal about submitting SEC complaints, hopefully those word will be more than words and turn to action, but if there's a class action against the guy, I'll happily join.

Lets hope something will eventually stick and we can all rejoice when this poor excuse for a human gets sent to where he belongs.
