I actually think the prelim was filed on Monday the 4th and was not entered onto the website until the 5th. I could be wrong and off one day but I don't think so.I think Hawk knows for sure.

It is my understanding that today ends the waiting period and so far we are looking green for a go which would be Monday. The proxies would be prepared to be sent via the brokerage houses.

Who all on this board has voice their feelings to Charles Bitters about having this event put out on the NEWSWIRE so they AMEP can crawl out of their hole and let the world know WTF is happening with the company?

Looking to crawl back over the 200ma today is my hope.
