ZVUE, I thought the dive was related to the "kareoke" pr but there is also this short's opinion getting some press:

However I have my grandkids Christmas list, its states "exactly" what they want by brand name. If ZVUE creates the retail demand no one at wallmart is going to try and suggest the more expensive brand. ZVUE's deal is not just selling the players, but like the gamers it in the future subscriptions to their services.
