No. They have until August for bid price and November for market share. As clarified to you multiple times by many and as supported by the 8K. But, no matter really, the RS and AS increase are being approved today, so, volume is simply the company dumping the full AS before performing the RS and almost doubling the AS, so they can rinse, wash, repeat.
