This recent SEC 10-Q was a MASS DISASTER:

CELZ = NEARLY CASH BROKE and sales DECLINED to a dismal $10K or so PER MONTH LMAO !! I know coin-op car wash dudes doing more business than these con artists.

BUT WORST OF ALL = $1.2 or MORE ma $MILLION in TOXIC CONVERTIBLE (floorless) NOTES DUE- all the way into 2021 now. CONSTANT DILUTION and accelerating at that !

The only real "business" these con artist do on any given day is INK AND SIGN GARBAGE GRADE TOXIC CONVERTIBLE DEBT NOTES of the most horrific, SHARE VALUE, PURE MASS DILUTION KIND :)

That's their real and only "business" they conduct at RESIDENTIAL HOUSE mothership parent company "world headquarters" run by a few serial penny con artist hacks.

They must be in the latest intra-toxic-debt conversion cycle with some garbage grade, bottom dragger hedge fund toxic death spiral note lender.

They ALWAYS run these mini-pump "cycles" in between inking toxic notes and converting of same - in order to sucker in some new penny stock OTC marks, and con them to help move the toilet paper shares they're about to print and issue by the literal 100's of millions.

It's beyond sad and pathetic- these serial cons at dirty CELZ.

CELZ POS thin ply toilet paper shares have lost a literal 90% or more in just MONTHS since they massively reverse split them- right back down to SUB ONE DIRTY CENT LMAO !!
