He was selling in late feburary in 100K blocks to what seemed like setup buy orders. About everyday there would be a 100K buyer back then on the bid, and this guy would sell 100K shares. Hes become more aggressive in selling out his block recently though and definitely routing via a non retail broker with his ask not showing correct size and re-upping size instantly after a buy fills him.
CLassic dilution/non retail seller. Reminds me of pre 2007 when you didnt have L2 size and u would have VNDM keep driving down the price, then finally a big blowout print and boom, stock pops 100% minutes later.
Cause this area down here is not right. stock should easily be .045+
