I have to be fair and humble myself to say that you are correct. I started to average down, but then I decided I should call and speak to the Transfer Agent (TA) before adding. I spoke to a guy of which whom name I didn't get, but then he transferred me to a guy by the name of Mike. I asked him a series of questions regarding BRNW and he answered them all.
I first asked about the share structure being regularly updated with its interface on OTC Markets. I told him that most of the time it means that something is in the works for the company moving forward to get current as it is a requirement with OTC Markets that they are in good standing with their TA. He told me that such was not their policy as a TA. He said that their policy is to provide regular updates to all of their clients as it is standardized as part of their program for all of their clients.
He then told me that he called the CEO of BRNW to ask if anything was going on because of getting lots of calls from people. The CEO told him no, there is nothing going on with the company. Mike was wondering too because they had not paid their TA fees to move forward. The CEO then told him that there was someone posting a fake Facebook page that did not belong to the company.
So, just so everyone is clear, Mike from their TA, told me that he confirmed from the BRNW CEO that the Facebook page that's floating around is not from the company. People can call the following number of which I called at 813-344-4490 to confirm for themselves. Mike told me that it is a real company, but that which is being pumped through the Facebook page is not real and nothing is going on right now with the company.
All I can say is that those that told me about BRNW... not cool! If anything I posted is misunderstood, now would be the time to post clarity to all of us here within the forum.
