Yes. Human trials are the key. But the company itself has no money (funding from the government or a partner is necessary) so it is really in no position to "prioritize" anything. And apparently it is not "prioritizing" a treatment over a vaccine since the vaccine is off the table. All they have left is the treatment. It's Leo's attempt to diminish failure that concerns me going forward.
