Right, as some already posted last night here & elsewhere, NEVER has an C11 occurred like this, so fast, within 3 days' time essentially settling most matters; when many exist out there still 3-4 months' time into them, and not even at point JCP is right now !
Now the Amazon thing pops up from market Watch last night.
Like I posted other day, I have been through MANY BK's and this is a new thing we all are seeing here. ENOUGH of the bashers and nonsense, facts are still nobody mentioning anything about Shareholders, yet today is the Annual Shareholder meeting as far as JCP's site even states...???
All the damage this overhyped Corona thing has been since February to the USA, all the lost jobs, closed businesses, we see this historical C11 financial restructuring take place in manner of days for JCP, and now talk of lawsuits against Jill & Board for how they unrolled everything publicly in misleading manner, starting last Thursday through Sunday evening regarding this matter... Very sneaky and very questionable as to even Insider Trading violations of SEC/FINRA if Jill already knew something with Amazon (Bezos) and why we are seeing exchange act the way it did with halt after hours, then reopen, etc...
