I received market watch alert about Amazon in talks, then read lawsuit going to be commencing against this deal, Jill, and manner they lied and hid intentions Friday thru Sunday night to all shareholders. Very misleading. But seems, only the Form 3&4 shareholders are being taken care of !!??
There are a lot of small businesses as shareholders as well as private mom & pops shareholders, and to see how events unfolded Friday morning onward is definitely suspicious in all of this matter.
And tomorrow is the Annual Shareholder meeting ! I'd hate to be Jill right now, in this Corona ,mess going on, and THEY do this to shareholders... Some crackpot may try to do her in. People are tired of Wall Street crooks, Bankers and seeing CEO's get away like members of Congress...
