kblb wants to get onto Nasdaq...EVERY ceo on the otc wants to get onto Nasdaq...no surprise there...

its more prestige...higher profile..rubbing elbows with the big boys..

but one needs to earn their way on...they need to deserve to be there...because if not, their stay is doomed to be short lived...

the company needs to have mass production, sales, revenue, a much higher pps, known business partners, a known product, contracts, a record of growth and a history of getting it done...

the BOD will know very well that kblb meets NONE of those criteria and a r/s and uplist at this time is a recipe for disaster...

this is why they will not want to go for it...

but if they were seated and had to give an uplist their seal of approval, they would likely feel obligated to approve it...

thus they are perfectly happy to have nothing to do with it and will gladly take their seat afterwards...

and on kim's part, he likely is not willing to chance any BOD having an attack of integrity and trying to stop the r/s....
