The daily stock price is irrelevant. Don't worry about the daily price. From now to the trial, the PPS will go up and down hundreds of times. The only people concerned with that is day traders who make a few hundred dollars every time it goes up 2 or 3 cents. The PPS will go up with a favorable ruling on estoppel and 101 issues and then likely drift down over several months, while Discovery runs its course. Again, meaningless. The PPS will start to tick up when the trial date is set or if there is some settlement with Bungie.
