You're correct, CEOA1US, 87% may be too low

Det, your off by a little bit.


Since your calculation of 1,200 common shares on the day of Series D conversion (assuming 300M OS on that date) agrees with mine, I think that the difference here is how I am calculating the total number of votes.

Perhaps I'm double counting, but here's how I see it.

Common: 300M
Chis' Common after Ser D conversion: 900M

Total Common: 1,200M

But Series C alone gives Chis 2X votes the total number of common, or 2,400 M votes.

Now, add that 2,400M to the existing 1,200M common shares for a total of 3,600M votes.

Retail holds 300M votes, or 8.3& of the total.

Chis holds the remaining 3,300M votes, or 91.7% (not the 87.5% I wrote earlier).

If I'm wrong, please show me my error.
