QMC has bullshit in India. For starters the contract filed with the SEC was an intentional bait & switch contract that absolutely was predetermined to be never in effect as it was defaulted upon immediately. Not one item of that contract was ever even put into effect.
The facility that could have easily been up in 6 months was left a dirt field a year and a half later. A portajohn was never even erected which demonstrates the true nature of the intent here.
Finally shortly after 2 reactors were shipped (and only 1/2 mil was ever received in total) the reactors were reverse engineered so no one India has any need for QMC.
