you know that sgmd has been importing and selling disposable paper products for years, they just happened to import masks because there is a need for them.
SGMD doesnt need to be reported to the sec for just selling gloves and masks, that are legal to sell anywhere, homedepot, grocery stores, grainger, gas stations ect.. As long as they are not price gouging its fine, and even price gouging is a grey area, as demand has increased and made the price go up.
I've been purchasing gloves and masks by the pallet for my work for years, nothing related to covid 19. But yes, supplies are harder to get now and many companies I deal with have started to offer and stock these supplies to help with the current situation.
Now as far as dilution and not reporting income ect.. SEC complain all you want to them on that...
