Yep, they're doing everything they can to preserve JCP not dissolve it(which the $900M easily does I might add)!

Sure some stores will be cancelled, but the late news Friday and todays 8k both strongly state that JCP isn't going anywhere anytime soon, other than to the OTC from the NYSE beginning today glta:)
