This is a bold move by CYDY - literally an open challenge to GILD.

These kind of trials land into trouble as the rival will just refuse to supply the drug and delay the trials.

With today’s report that VIIV HIV drug - once in two months is better than Truvada is a risk to GILD’s star drug.

This and the fact that Lero could drive multi disease treatments which GILD is also focused - HIV, CV19, cancer and NASH - it may be an incentive for GILD to just buy CYDY at decent price - like $4-5 B before it goes beyond limits.
