Still up from $10 a barrel and still being heavily manipulated by Central banks going broke to insolvency.

Repos to Central banks to end suddenly. Short positions will close banks and shut down manipulation completely when shorting energy stocks is ended.

This stock has climbed over $20 in value yet the pps has went down. That is deep state manipulation that will end abruptly and will close the bank for good. All manipulators will be indicted right down to the last crook making the fraudulent trade.
