keeps moving higher on the spec and anyone that has heard the speculation isn't selling

and the speculation is altho the big date seems to be Dec 20th, our day in the sun might be up to a week after, so the big date might be the 20th for a JV partner and then we wait with baited (or maybe fish breath) to see if we are
