Looks like Dr. Doki and his team have a good case. He and his family hold the majority of shares, they control the company! Fact!!
It does appear they are giving them the run around with the court systems. If it were me, I would go strait to the "COURT OF CHANCERY" in Delaware. They are a no B/S court system I've read.
The employees and others are minority shareholders. They really have no say so what so ever. But the majority has to take take care as not to damage the minority. From what I read, this does not appear to be the case. It's the other way around.
Just my opinion, Dr. Doki can/should prevail. The case appears to be actionable on Doki's end that is. I'm not a lawyer but I would contact the Chancery.
I'm still with Dr. Doki. To each their own.
