You are right, this could be one of many reasons POTN is hanging around one penny. If this was normal times, waiting for a better outcome might be prudent. However, these are not normal times. Before this pandemic and the financial clamity it has brought is over many well known good companies, as well as, small businesses will be ruined. I guess we will have to wait to see if POTN is one of them.
