The conversation regarding international interests is very eye opening. My gathering is the real possibilities of a buyout of the company The reference to shareholder value and non dilution. No debt convertibles is quite rare for otc. Profitable in the 4th quarter is possible and assured in the first. Why? Substantial and sizeable contracts.
