It is not the end of the story if you do not stop. Bottom line is they told the truth. They are not obligated to merge it period. They are obligated to sell it to the merging company. they just have to dot the I's and cross the T's. And they sure as he## are not goin to let this die with a sour taste knowing the repercussions.
