ACCR is almost there...there is nothing but ramblings in here.

I SAID..."ALMOST THERE"...NOT HERE YET.....NOT TODAY.....IT IS MY FUTURE EXPECTATION.....THAT IS ALMOST THERE! There now, are we understood.

Is that what this is all about? I said....."ALMOST THERE...."

People are trying to misconstrue what I said.....I know this. trying to trap the TEXTs of a Director and I laugh at all the feeble attempts to de-rail this Company.

This is a stricken Company....DEATH!



Now listen to PATRICK.....very carefully. I am going to bring back ACCR to a fully reporting and fully registered Company with the Securities and Exchange Act of 1933, and the Act of '34 too. This Company was stricken, and is stricken today. This long journey of mine started when I was like 5....and all I heard were the words "Accra..." So, in my 20's and 30's when I made a boatful of money, all I did was BUY SHARES OF ACCR. Stupid me....and I bought my way to being a 10% shareholder of this Company. I poured over $650,000.00 of my hard earned money into this Company. I purchased shares in the wave and force of the BISH selling from the past. I did. I kept buying, and buying, and buying.....oh my! Stupid me. Today, ACCR has almost $10,000.00 CASH ON HAND, no long term debt, and we have a will to live. ACCR is my Company with almost 63% ownership of all the Common stock of this Corporation, and I am working on a good deal, with a TX Corporation as of this morning....still in pre-Merger talks. ACCR has had a long road of BROKEN this and broken that.....so many obstacles over the years.... ...... so many years of DEATH.
