So you think the only time they are in contact with Steve to talk about the company is at official BOD meetings? At a company this small they would be in communication all the time and know exactly what is going on within the company. Also, they are on super thin ice with who? I appreciate your opinions, but that's all they are. Trying to state opinions as fact doesn't do anyone any good when trying to discuss a company in a forum like this.

I will concede that if what you are saying turns out to be true and the BOD was that blind then we all got taken for a ride and will learn an expensive lesson. However, with the quality of people on this BOD I do not see the Rotmans being able to get away with what you are accusing them of (my opinion) which is why I don't believe the situation you guys describe is actually happening. While I do believe in the company and they will deliver on their promises, I do agree that Greg is the wrong messenger and has done more harm than good for the company in regards to PR and horrendous timelines (I have sent emails to Vystar stating this). If they really have hired a real PR firm then that will be fantastic and should do wonders in restoring their reputation that Greg has damaged with his false timelines. I don't believe there is anything shady going on, just that Greg is terrible at PR and gives unrealistic timelines for when these projects are going to be completed. However, I do believe they will be completed and will be very lucrative for shareholders.
