It seems there is a lack of understanding of the legislative process.

This was in Congress - it would have to pass the Senate and it failed the last time - the Senate has always taken a prohibitionist attitude toward marijuana.

You do know that the House cannabis bill passed in the $3 Trillion C19 Act and there isn't anyway it will pass in the Senate.

Plus Riterband has shutdown OWCP operations - and the DGF complaint is going to be a problem - no one would be foolish enough to buy OWCP stock until that is resolved.
