It’s pretty simple.

1) Greg gets shares....lots of shares for doing...well...something.

2) Greg acts like he is not an affiliate so he does not fall under the Rule 144 selling restrictions.

3) Greg gets his penny stock world buddies to pump the stock at key moments.

4) Greg sells his stock without having to report anything.

Rinse...repeat.
