Well, not going deep into, but how can one explain family *association and connection*! Is pathogen passed from mother to children?

It is small possibility that certain *pathogen* trigger (translate...accelerate) development of AD when there is genetic predisposition? But, than again treating pathogen will not benefit AD itself!?
