The simple answer is no. The long answer is there is two filings at CO SOS for a Halberd. The newest is the one listed as having 2 Billion shares and trades under the symbol Halb. The second one is where they are filing all the changes for the fake PR's and was the original filing of this scam shell. Goulding is very crafty how he does these scams.
