I think the fact that PCTL closed green today is a huge middle finger to anyone shorting it or thinking this stock is going to sink! Lol a late filing is not a big deal at all.. it often happens with many smaller and otc stocks and it’s certainly a lot less of a big deal now in these COVID times. The little drops lately have only been caused by small sell orders of some ppl panicking but most of the real inversions here know what they own! I will be buying a lot more next week and I did some buying today as well! PCTL will be multi dollars soon wether u like it or not;)
