Oil still continuing to climb....all I’ve been able to get out of anybody is what many of us have been thinking recently....that there are a lot of offers from companies that are too far in debt looking to sell wells/land leases/ open land etc....they really are trying to find bargains....hope they can make a solid deal happen before oil prices get back up too high...
