Gaps are problematic to sustained moves without a retrace to fill them, IMO. A small gap that fills intraday would be ok, because then market structure would maintain stability.
If you look at every gap on this hourly, they all fill same day or a few days.
As one of many here, I would like to see a long sustained run and would like to see something like the 12th,13th and 14th for 100points or more.

Just my perspective on things. Thanks for your perspective.
I will be looking for pre-market or intraday entry.
