Easily. This will be back to 300milly plus in no time. Another completely failed RS. This one tanked way faster than the previous RS. Guess that'll happen when you have no LEGITIMATE plan. Or right after the first RS.

Legitimate financial institutes would never touch this garbage. The whole premise for the ticker SBFM, is to pay their salaries. Their income was 10k. They pay themselves hundreds of thousands, 74,000 for "office expenses" they don't actually have an office. 100k for attorney fees. Where is that money coming from?? Diluting new investors. Banks won't touch this. Theres nothing here.

Guessing part of their delayed filings is lack of $$$$....cant pay with stock. Especially worthless stock.
